The long-awaited TrailRax Ford Bronco Sport Roof Rack is designed to work seamlessly with the TrailRax Pak Rax, giving you endless gear-mounting options for overlanding and off-road adventures. Built from 5052 3/16" aluminum, the one-piece side panels offer extreme rigidity, durability, and load capacity, with a 90-degree bent channel providing 360° mounting flexibility for additional accessories.

Our precision anodized black aluminum extrusions (TSLOTS) are made in Utah, cut to length, and stress-tested for maximum weight capacity and minimal deflection. Crossmembers include machined cutouts for easy hardware installation without removing the bars.

The included wind deflector minimizes wind noise, and the cutout is compatible with Heretic Studio or Baja Designs 40" off-road lights, allowing flush mounting while keeping the rack level.

Installation is simple: the clamping system mounts to the OEM rack, with front rails attaching to existing windshield studs for added stability. The Pak Rax mounts directly to the side panels, distributing weight and reducing stress.

This rack is perfect for overlanders, desert racers, and off-road enthusiasts, with modularity that allows upgrades and accessory additions over time. MIC hardtop required. Fits all trims of the Ford Bronco Sport.

Ford rates the Bronco Sport factory roof rack at "On the move, the Bronco™ Sport roof-rack structure can handle up to a 150-lb. dynamic load and a 600-lb. static load with the standard steel roof." All these weights will be at your discretion as they are above Ford's "recommended" capacities. We build our rack to be capable on its own of withstanding 250 lbs static, and 700 lbs dynamic. GVWR and other factors such as roof materials, the center of gravity, and wind dynamics all apply to any load you put on top of a vehicle, and you, as the user, are responsible for the safe loading and operation of your vehicle.
