Shipping policy

We ship from San Diego through our authorized dealer and manufacturer network.

Processing: Most in-stock orders ship within 3 business days. Large freight items (bumpers, racks, wedges, campers) ship direct from the manufacturer and can take 1–4 weeks depending on build time and availability. If an item is on backorder, we'll give you the expected timing as soon as the distributor confirms it.

Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Items ship from the manufacturer or the warehouse nearest you.

Tracking: Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking number — allow a little time after the carrier scans it in for updates to begin.

Address changes: Email us before the order ships and we'll update it. Once shipped, we can't change the destination.
