A Better Way to Guard Your Hood Shoulders

There are a handful of hood shoulder guards on the market — including the OEM-style ones that rivet directly into your Grenadier's bodywork. Ours are different. We laser-cut them from black acrylic board and laser-score a design into the face, then bond them on with high-strength adhesive tape — so there are no holes drilled and no rivets in your paint or panels.

The hood shoulders are one of the first spots to pick up scuffs and trail rash. These guards take the abuse instead, keeping those high-wear corners looking sharp while adding a clean, purpose-built detail to your build.

Laser-Cut & Laser-Scored

Each guard is precision laser-cut from durable black acrylic and laser-scored with a design detail — no vinyl to peel, no printed graphic to fade. The result is a solid, matte-finished guard with a machined, OEM-adjacent look that fits the Grenadier's rugged character.

⚙️ Adhesive Install — No Drilling Required

These guards use pre-applied 3M™ VHB 300LSE high-bond adhesive — engineered to stick to low-surface-energy finishes for a permanent, weatherproof hold. For the strongest bond:

  1. Install at 70°F (21°C) or warmer — bonding is much slower below 50°F.
  2. Clean the mounting surface thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol and let it fully dry. No wax, oil, or residue.
  3. Dry-fit first to confirm placement before peeling the liner.
  4. Peel, position carefully, and press firmly across the whole guard so the adhesive fully wets out.
  5. Let it cure — ~50% strength in 20 min, ~90% at 24 hrs, full strength at 72 hrs. Avoid washing for the first 24–48 hours.

Do these rivet in like the OEM ones?
No — that's the whole point. Ours bond on with 3M™ VHB 300LSE adhesive, so there's no drilling and no rivets in your bodywork.
