Fits all Winch cables and recovery straps up to 3 in. wide. Simply place the dampener on your recovery line and add weight to the pockets to help absorb energy, and reduce the whip of a failed Winch cable. Durable vinyl construction. Two easily accessible exterior storage pockets. High visibility orange with front reflective strip. Doubles as a safety vest. Fits all Winch cables and recovery straps up to 3 in. wide.
