Constructed from 1.5 mm thick 304 stainless steel, this undermount water tank provides a durable water storage solution for compatible Mercedes Sprinter and Ford Transit camper van conversions. Its exterior mounting position keeps the tank outside the living area, preserving valuable interior space for storage, furniture, and other equipment.
The tank is designed to fit beside the vehicle’s fuel tank on the driver side, below the crew window and behind the driver seat. This location makes efficient use of otherwise unused space while keeping the tank protected beneath the vehicle.
Two stainless steel dividers are welded inside the tank to reduce water surging and prevent the water from piling toward one end during braking or acceleration. Openings beneath the dividers allow water to continue flowing between each section of the tank.
Three 5 mm thick stainless steel mounting brackets are included for secure installation. The tank also includes inlet, outlet, drain, and vent connections for integration with a camper van water system.
Note: Due to the two dividers inside the tank, the actual capacity will be lower than 19.93 US gallons and is approximately 19 US gallons.
